Cancellation Policy
At Haven Breeze Spa Salon, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Out of respect for our artists’ time and other guests hoping to book, we kindly ask that all appointment changes be made with as much notice as possible.
• 48 Hours or More:
Cancellations or reschedules made 48 hours or more in advance will incur no fee.
• 24–48 Hours Notice:
Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of your scheduled time will be subject to a 25% service fee.
• Less Than 24 Hours Notice:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
• No-Call / No-Show:
Guests who do not contact us and fail to arrive for their appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
We understand that unexpected things happen — please reach out as soon as possible if you need to adjust your appointment, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
